Choose one of the three routes based on your fitness level.
The GPX tracks will be sent by email 2 days before the event.
Participants registered for the 80 km and 100 km routes
will also be able to decide their distance during the ride.
You can take part with a Gravel, MTB, or E-MTB.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
Due to the particular cardio-respiratory demands of the course, participants in the medium and long courses are required to have a valid medical certificate for competitive sport at the time of the event.
No certificate is required for participants in the shortest itinerary, as specified in the Ministerial Decree 24/04/2013.
However, a medical check-up is recommended before participating in such recreational and physical activities to assess any risk factors, in particular for those transitioning from a more sedentary lifestyle to engage in these events as you should before undertaking any particularly intense physical exercise.
